his is a design for a device which I believe is somewhat dangerous (if used without proper attention). I hope that no one makes it. However, if they do ... I don't recommend it ... but ... yeah, it'll work ... and it is awfully tempting.

What you do is forcibly hold it in his mouth so that he breathes in fine ... but ... when he "screams out" ... nothing happens except the escape of air (no loud sound).

He won't choke ... but you might get arrested anyway.
