hese are my own designs for skyscrapers in general and prefab housing.
Big Scrapers
The main thing I would like to see is external structural design. It's extremely stable and you can "hang" stuff on it for safety and rapid transport.
Like this example:
Cheap House
Tired of cracked foundations? Don't use them in the first place. Replace with "active levelling". This is as old a prehistoric lakeside developments (just upgraded a little).
What about rats? ....... Rat poison ... case closed.
Very aerodynamic ... will stand up to hurricane by way of shape.
